INTERCULTURAL MANAGEMENT COURSES

The Intercultural Management Course is designed for managers who are confronted by cultural differences in doing business in their work in the Netherlands or abroad. The form and content of the courses are determined using the information given on the application form and by an interview. In the courses, attention is paid to differences between management approaches in various cultures and the ways these differences influence functioning within the structure of the organisation.
